That night (after my session) I did suffer some soreness, but when I woke up in the morning, I had the most relief that I have had in months. I spent the day with my daughter and we had a great day. By night I could feel the pain coming back, but not much. I only had one 30 minute session. That was the first time in 7 months that I had hope that this could get better. Stacy is by far the best massage therapist that has ever treated me. Stacy is not only concerned with my aches and pains, but my overall health. This is important to me given my profession. I am a nurse in open heart surgery. If I am passing instruments during surgery I may spend up to 24 hours straight on my feet with only one break for lunch. Stacy is sure to find out what areas are troubling me and works with those area more intensity. After the therapy is over she will talk with me about ways to improve my overall health and well being and prevent future injury.
